To insure a correct fit measure your printer and include in the dimensions any fold out or attachable paper trays/guides, the inflexible part of network/data/power cables, and add at least 2" to each dimension. You must be precise. Make a mark on your desktop with a pencil, then measure. There is a 25% re-stocking charge plus shipping both ways for returns.
