The RFQ-1865 command dispatch console was designed for 911 control room furniture applications. Ergonomically correct design with both front and back tops curved to embrace the human form and respond to the dynamic movements of the computer user. Much like the cockpit of a fighter jet that wraps around the pilot for maximum efficiency. The front and back tops adjust independently with electric motors that lift 300 lbs per surface. Originally introduced in 1995 it won the prestigious “GOLD Award for Best of NEOCON.” It has been copied, but still has no match in features, price, or quality.ADDITIONAL BANANA TABLE CONTROL ROOM DESK FEATURES:
- This dispatch furniture console has plenty of room for multiple monitor workstations. Designed to allow you the ability to position your monitors horizontally - or vertically with our LCD flat panel monitor arms.
- Strength: The Banana Table is incredibly strong due to the heavy-duty steel tubing sub-substructure. Review the image above left.
- The connection from the top to the steel sub-structure is a nut to bolt connection which is a much stronger connection compared to other manufacturers. Competing manufacturers do not have a steel sub-structure and just run wood screws into the undersides of the tops and are not nearly as strong.
- Cable management: Equipped with a cable tray in the rear of the monitor surface that conceals all the wiring. Additional cable storage is incorporated into horizontal channels under the tops.
- Add a vertical privacy panel. which provides a visual barrier to the back of the monitors and the power-data cables. The height is 18" by the width of the console in black. Made from extruded/expanded plastic, it is lightweight, strong, and attaches to the cable tray. Prices are above under "privacy panel" options.
