Adjusts vertically 21 inches.
Monitor wall mount extension arm swivels 180 degrees.

Supports LCD monitors, and plasma TVs up to 25 lbs.
Wall mounting hardware is not included because there are many different methods of mounting to a wall. Including all the different mounting options woud be cost prohibitive.
