The tops of this Control Room Desk are curved on the front edges to embrace the human form and respond to the dynamic movements of the computer user. Much like the cockpit of a fighter jet that wraps around the pilot for maximum efficiency. The back top is straight on the back to fit flush against the wall. HOW IS THIS COMMAND CENTER DESK MADE?
- CPU cabinets are built-in: For the convenience of the operator, to save floor space and, save money by eliminating the need for separate CPU cabinets. Doors on the front and back open for easy access to your CPUs and cables. Cabinet tops are also easily removable. Cooling fans: Two are standard that dissipate heat @ 130 CF per minute.

- Front and back tops: The tops are curved on both of the front edges to embrace the human form and respond to the dynamic movements of the computer user. The back top is - straight to fit flush - against the wall.
- Height adjustable: This command center desk adjusts from 24" to 49" with four electric motors. Many competitors only use two electric motors. Lifting capacity: Of the front surface - where your keyboards, I Pads, and laptops, go is 420 lbs. The back surface is 650lbs where your monitors go.
- Strength: The front and back surfaces have a steel sub-structure. The base is high-strength phenolic which is super strong and lighter than solid steel. The front and back surfaces attach to the steel sub-structure with threaded metal inserts, which is basically a nut-to-bolt connection. Other manufacturers use wood screws in particleboard. Which would you prefer?
- Assembly: needs to be arranged at the time of your placement of an order for an extra charge of $899 by one of our installers, in most areas. Select this option above right. So what this means is we ship your order to one of our installers in your area, on a 53-foot long truck. They receive your order and then make arrangements with you for assembly. They use a smaller truck with a lift gate in case you do not have a loading dock. They will assemble on any floor in your building as long as you have a freight elevator. The area where this control room console is to be assembled must be ready. After 7 business days, there will be storage fees determined at the time, due to the length of warehousing.
