    Caution WTF! (What The Freight) Be very cautious of the company you do business with over the Internet. Because many of the Internet furniture dealers have a similar product to ours, some for less money, and low quality. But their standard shipping policy is to drop ship this to the curb of your building. And some of these Internet furniture retailers ship from OVERSEAS to your address! WTF! (What The Freight). Try calling their customer service in another country - with a different time zone and different day - for a shortage of parts that prevents the completion of your project, and prevents your people from working. Then you are responsible for moving heavy, un-assembled, furniture from the curb of your building to the inside of your building. Try doing this in the summertime when the temp is 100 degrees! Or the wintertime when the temp is 20 degrees! You would need a lift motor - you know like the ones in a warehouse used to move heavy pallets - or hydraulic pallet jacks to move this furniture. Some of the Internet furniture retailers have an “inside delivery” option for inside delivery for an additional fee. But the assembly of the many components is still not included!
