This articulating monitor arm attaches to your work surface with either a clamp mount or grommet mount, both are included. Designed to work with any VESA compliant LCD monitor. Each LCD monitor arm is supplied with a 100mm x 100mm and a 75mm x 75mm mounting bracket.- Single arm extends 16". An Apple 20" Cinema monitor display weighs 14.4 lbs without the base. The 23" weighs 15.3 lbs without the base. And the 30" Cinema display weighs 22.8 lbs without the base. Weight capacity of this monitor arm is 25 Lbs.
