- Strength the front and back surfaces have a steel sub-structure. The base is high-strength phenolic which is super strong and lighter than solid steel. Assembly of this Banana ERO Dispatch 911 Console takes 2-3 hours as the base ships are assembled. So basically all you have to do is attach the tops to the base with the provided hardware.
