Here's why:- Ergonomically Designed: The Banana Split Dual Tier Control Room Console is designed to embrace the human form and cater to the dynamic movements of computer users. Its curvature mimics the cockpit of a fighter jet that wraps around the pilot for maximum efficiency. By reducing stress and strain on the user's wrists, forearms, neck, shoulders, back, and lumbar region, the Banana Split console reduces the risk of RSI (repetitive strain injury).
- Dual surfaces: With a travel range from 25" to 51" and electric motors that automatically level the surfaces, the Banana Split console allows for quick and easy ergonomically correct positioning for each user. The back surface can lift up to 450lbs with electric motors, and the front surface can lift up to 350lbs.
- Power consumption: Each set of motors (two for each surface) has a power consumption of 5.2 amps. The motors are DC and draw 24 volts when in use. The motor pairs for the front and rear surfaces adjust independently of the other.
- Cable management: The Banana Split control room furniture is equipped with a cable tray in the rear of the back surface that conceals and distributes all the wiring required. There is also additional cable storage in horizontal channels in the bases and under the tops.

- Assembly or tailgate delivery: Very important. We offer two delivery options for your convenience. If you would like one of our installers to receive this at their warehouse then deliver it to your facility, select "Assembly By Our Installer." If you do not have a truck tailgate high loading dock or if your delivery address is in a residential area, you need to add "Tailgate Delivery." The Banana Split console ships on a 53-foot long truck that has to back up to a loading dock to unload. The tailgate height of a trailer is about 4 feet above the ground. Tailgate delivery means the shipping company will bring a smaller truck that has a lift gate to offload your order. The driver is not responsible for bringing inside the building or assembly. If the delivery has to be re-scheduled, you will be charged a re-delivery charge, plus the tailgate delivery charge.
