- Seats up to 10 council members depending on the width of the chairs.
- U-shaped footprint promotes: Council members to interact with each other and address the public.
- Dimensions: Will be based on the number of persons you need to seat and your room dimensions.
- Standard Power Port: Includes #DPEL2 Power/Data Port which is daisy chained from council member to council member. Makes desktop power connectivity easy for laptops, cell phones, iPads, etc. Includes (2) USB 2.0 ports, (2) USB charging ports, (2) AC 125V 60Hz outlets, (1) front/rear ethernet port, (1) front/rear phone port. Angled toward the user for convenience and ease in connecting.
- Standard Knee Space: Is approximately 32” for each council member. This can vary.
- Standard Desk Riser Panel: The purpose is for privacy and status delineation. Rises approximately 9" above the 29" high surface for a total of 38" height. Click the image above the left in 2nd row for details.
- Standard 3" Grommet: One grommet hole for council member.
- Optional top/base depth: Select either 36" deep or 30" deep.
- Design tip: To understand how this fits and looks in your room take masking tape and do an outline of each component on the floor using the dimensions above. Or from our quote. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the dimensions to insure everything will fit and meet local codes.
- This RTC (ready to connect) Dais furniture is designed to be shipped to rural USA. Made in sections with each section assembled at the factory. Each section is boxed, then shrunk wrapped, and attached to a shipping pallet. Your order ships on a dedicated truck. Which means only your order is on the truck. No offloading, then reloading at different terminals, which substantially reduces the chance for damage. This service includes inside delivery to the ground floor. The truck has an electric lift gate. The customer's maintenance department makes the connections from section to section, saving the customer time and considerable money. Illustrated assembly instructions are included. Mayor Troy in Texas says: "We have received several compliments on the new council dais. We are very pleased with it.
