As a matter of fact, several competitors offer height adjustability, but only on their front surface adjusts, for thousands of dollars more.- Dual surfaces:The front and back surfaces of this standing desk adjust independent of the other and lift up to 350 lbs. of monitors, CPU's, printers, etc. And review the Banana corner computer desk that lifts 600 lbs. per top.

- Strength: This Control Room Desk is incredibly strong due to the heavy-duty steel sub-substructure which is steel tubing. The connections from the top to the steel sub-structure is a nut to bolt connection, which is a much stronger connection compared to other manufacturers. Competing manufacturers just run wood screws into the undersides of the tops and are not nearly as strong. Your choice.
